Summary: Very beautiful hotel in beautiful Mountain area. Service was awesome. Staff very friendly. Elevator was out of order, but staff helped with luggage. In room phone was not working, had to walk down to reception to request help with luggage. I needed an iron. Had to walk down to get it. On our 1 week cross- Portugal trip we learnt that amenities like toothbrush/ tooth paste , body lotion, iron in room are not of standard amenities in the hotels. Breakfast was included, though hotel.com mentioned that we would be charged. Enjoyed our breakfast. Huge variety. However, coffee is provided only via a machine which lets you choose what kind of coffee( espresso, cappuccino, black/ latte) but taste was awful. It’s better to have tea. All in all we still enjoyed our stay.
